2025 Priests and Primary Principals Dialogue Day

Priests and Catholic Primary School Principals from across the Diocese of Sale gathered yesterday for a dynamic and engaging ‘Dialogue Day’ at the West Gippsland Arts Centre in Warragul.

Building on the foundations of a similar event in 2024 and informed by insights from the recent Diocesan Assembly and the Catholic Identity Research Project, the day provided a valuable opportunity to deepen and strengthen parish-school collaboration.

Through shared reflection and thoughtful dialogue, participants explored innovative ways to deepen their partnership in faith and education.

The event concluded with each Parish-School team committing to concrete actions for 2025, ensuring continued growth and cooperation.

The gathering also celebrated Dr Sr Rose Duffy CSB’s Diamond Jubilee, marking 60 years of dedicated religious service as a Brigidine Sister.

Thirty-nine of those years have been spent within the Diocese of Sale, with thirty-five years dedicated to Catholic education.
