Catholic Identity

Catholic schools in the Diocese of Sale, through their defining culture, their curriculum and their classroom-based Religious Education programs, play important formative roles in support of families in the Religious Education and general education of students.

Religious Education

The Diocese of Sale Religious Education Curriculum is called To Live in Christ Jesus. A separate website has been developed to provide principals, leaders of Religious Education, teachers and parents with an overview of this curriculum.

Developed to introduce students to, and help them realise the beauty and love of faith in Jesus Christ, the curriculum is a rich resource for the whole educational community. It is structurally aligned with the Victorian Curriculum. The curriculum is aimed to engage students from foundation through to year 12 with the Catholic worldview.

Full details can be found on our Religious Education Curriculum website.
